30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to love your routine. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the price of the product.

How to request a refund

1. Email us at salmorabeauty@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about why the product didn't work for you.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps. In some cases we may ask you to send the product back; if so, we'll give you the return instructions.
3. Once your request is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Bundles and free gifts

For bundles, the refund covers the amount you paid. Free bottles and free gifts included with a bundle (such as the digital Korean Skincare Secrets guide) have no separate cash value.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Just email us as soon as possible with your order number.
