Shipping costs

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. Duties and import fees are included in the price, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as you place your order, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once it has been dispatched.

Delivery time

Delivery within the US usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during peak seasons, holidays or because of carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. More details are on our Order Tracking page.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 14 days. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
